Christine Pogorzala - Assistant Professor in the Aging Studies Program & Coordinator of the Ithaca College/Longview Partnership - will present basic information about overall brain health and many different ways to s t r e t c h and keep the mind challenged.

For the past six years Christine has led a brain aerobics group, Be Sharp! Stay Sharp!, at Longview and she wil share some of the activities and resources used in this program. Come prepared to learn, to puzzle and to laugh!
