Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba!

The Office of Human Resources is partnering with the Fitness Center to offer free group exercise classes scheduled for faculty and staff only.

The following classes will be offered beginning September 19th:

Tai Chi - Mondays at noon 

Pilates - Tuesdays at 1pm

Yoga - Fridays at 1 pm

Additionally, a Zumba class will be offered each Monday at 5:15pm which will be open to faculty, staff, and students.

If you are interested in participating in any of the classes, please contact the Fitness Center at 274-3399 by Friday, September 16th at noon.
