The newly formed School of Music ALANA group will hold a benefit concert for the family of Soo Yeon Kim, a School of Music student who graduated last December. She and her family recently lost everything to a fire in their home. The School of Music ALANA students have put together an evening of songs of encouragement to express their love and support for Soo Yeon and her family. The concert is entitled “That’s What Friends are For” and will be held in Hockett Recital Hall in the Whalen Music Center Thursday Evening (9/22) at 7:00 p.m.
