Are you a novice exerciser? Or perhaps an experienced exerciser looking for a change of pace? The Ithaca College Fitness Center offers training packages to accommodate participants of all ability levels.
Whether working out is something new to you or not, personal training can help keep you on track, stay motivated, and meet your health and fitness goals. Regardless of what your individual goals may be our personal training staff has the knowledge and ability to help you achieve those goals. Personal training is available to Students, Faculty, and Staff. Additional information on packages and pricing is below, a free initial fitness assessment is included with the purchase of any training package. Personal Training Packages:
4 Sessions for $50, 7 Sessions for $80, 10 Sessions for $100
Train with a Friend Packages:
4 Sessions for $35 each, 7 Sessions for $50 each, 10 Sessions for $70 each.
