Have you always wanted to see a real, live BALLROOM DANCE COMPETITION??

 Now is your chance! This Saturday marks the Cornell DanceSport Classic being held right here on the IC campus.

 Come to the Fitness Center  on Saturday, Oct 15th to watch your very own IC Ballroom Dance Team compete against schools from all over the northeast!

Stop by to cheer on the competitors on the wood-floor gym as they dance a variety of styles including

• Waltz
• Tango
• Foxtrot
• Quickstep
• Cha-cha
• Rumba
• Jive
• Samba
• Mambo
• Swing
• Bolero

The competition runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a showcase that evening at 8:00pm from Professional Standard Dancers Ronen Zinshtein and Mariam Izmaylova, and National Junior Ten Dance Finalists Dennis Matveev and Valerie Dubinsky.
