The Student Leadership Institute (SLI) is a series of free, interactive workshops designed to help develop and refine personal leadership skills. The SLI is intended to help participants achieve success in their personal lives, interact more effectively with others, and prepare for the working world. As an Ithaca College student, you may choose to attend any session that interests you, or take part in a series of six sessions to earn an SLI certificate. Certificates recognize students who invest time and energy into developing their leadership knowledge and skills.
Students may choose to participate in any of our four tracks offered: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading in a Diverse World, or Leading @ IC. If you are attending sessions for a program, course or graduation requirement, we suggest that you confirm your SLI track selections with your program coordinator.
