ITS has a lot of computer and networking changes going on over the next few months so we thought we would have some fun with it and start an advice column by our favorite techie, Adam Lee!
Adam Lee joined the Ithaca College community and the Helpdesk team in 2006 after 4 years in the banking industry. In May 2011, he completed his MBA through the School of Business. Adam supervises our cadre of student Helpdesk Consultants and provides front line support for the campus community. You can often find him fixing a smart phone, fixing a computer, answering email and picking up the phone all at the same time. For many of you Adam is the "go to" man!
Adam brings his unique sense of humor to the Helpdesk and always has a smile on his face. He does a great Kermit the Frog impression, and has graced the stage in the local theater scene. So, he's the perfect person to be answering questions and offering advice during the upcoming computer transitions!
