ICLink is a resource to students and faculty that offers opportunities to advertise, market, and get the word out about your organization. Read below to find out how to take advantage of the latest updates!

Did you know..

• Every event with a poster on the flyer board will be tweeted about on our ICLink twitter the day of to inform students!
• If requested, we will create headers that change periodically on ICLink to highlight events and organizations
• You can personalize your organization's page! From everything to your own header banner, to the page colors and font we have made it possible for each organization's page to become their own.
• You can sync your FB wall to ICLink with options to "like" your organization's page from ICLink!
• You can live stream your organization's twitter feed and also get more followers by access from ICLink

How to use the new features
To create a survey:

1. Go to the organization's page you wish to make a survey for
2. Click on "Forms" in the left navigation bar
3. Click "Manage Forms" that shows beneath "forms"
4. Click on "Create new form" with the green plus sign on the top of the page nest to "Manage forms"

To put a flyer on the flyer board:

1. Go to the organization's page you wish to make a event for
2. Click on "Events" in the left hand navigation bar
3. Click on "Create Event" with the green plus sign on the top of the page nest to "Events"
4. When creating an event, you will see an option to "Browse" under "Event Flyer" where you can attach a poster or picture

To get your Facebook & Twitter page streaming on your IC Link page:

1. Go to the organization's page you wish to make a live stream on
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" button under the organization's profile photo
3. Under "External Website Links" copy and paste your twitter and Facebook URL
4. Simply check the box under it that reads "Show Facebook Group Public Wall on Organization Home Page" and "Show Twitter Public Tweets on Organization Home Page"  *remember that it must be a "Page" and not a "group" for Facebook streaming
