For your planning purposes, the 2012 orientation summer dates are now available.
Students will be able to sign-up for an orientation session in myIthaca in the spring semester. Please be aware that not all orientation sessions are open to every student as some schools and departments only offer certain dates for class registration. These specific dates will be confirmed in the spring semester.
If you are working with a student who believes they cannot attend a summer orientation session, refer them to our office. Again, we request your assistance with not publicizing August Orientation as an option (due to space and resource availability). We will work with every student to make the best accommodations for their orientation experience.
Also, based on positive feedback, we will be hosting an optional transfer orientation program prior to the regular transfer orientation day for those students looking for a more traditional orientation experience.
Orientation is a very exciting time, not just for our new students and their family members, but for the entire Ithaca College community as we welcome a new class to fully engage in the Ithaca experience!
