Personal Packages Sent to Campus

11/10/11

The holiday season is approaching which usually means an increase in personal packages arriving at the Mail Center.

This is a reminder that college policy states that “only items pertaining to College business may be sent through the campus mail system.”

The Mail Service department does not deliver personal packages. Personal packages are held and must be picked up at the Mail Center located in the General Services Building on Farm Pond Road between 8:30am and 5pm.

Additionally we only collect outgoing letter mail. Outgoing parcels must be dropped off at the Phillips Hall Post Office from 8:30am - 2:30pm or the Mail Center from 8:30am-3:15pm.

If you have a personal item shipped to the college please notify Mail Services at 4-3371 and we can hold it aside for an earlier pick up. Normally there is a one day delay before you receive a card notification that it has arrived.
