Optical Scanning Finals Week Procedures

Special Optical Scanning procedures and schedules are in place for final exam week Sunday, December 18th – Thursday, December 22nd. Optical scanning will be delivered to Operations after the completion of the check-in process at the ITS Helpdesk on Sunday, December 18th (12pm-5pm) and Monday-Thursday, December 19th-22nd (8am-5pm). Please allow for a four-hour turnaround time during finals week. Requested reports will be emailed to the professor’s Ithaca College email address only (including report 101). Regular Optical Scanning processing will resume Friday, December 23rd.

After Hours: Sunday, December 18th (5pm-10:30pm)

• Professors can drop off tests and wait for them to be processed during this time.
• Tests must be to the operator by 10:30pm.
• To drop off tests, professors must call 274-3406 to make arrangements with the operator on duty.
• Please note: Exams that are dropped off but not picked up will be available at the ITS Help Desk at 8am Monday, December 19th.

After Hours: Monday-Thursday, December 19th-22nd (5pm-11pm)

• Professors can drop off tests and wait for them to be processed during this time.
• Tests must be to the operator by 11:00pm.
• Professors can also pick up tests that have been previously dropped off.
• To drop off and pick up tests professors must call 274-3406 to make arrangements with the operator on duty.
• Please note: Tests are dropped off and not picked up will be available at the ITS Help Desk on Monday-Friday at 8am.

The DEADLINE to submit tests for processing is Friday, December 23rd at 5:00pm.
