Annual Benefit Re-enrollment – Only 3 Days Left!

Completion of the online re-enrollment process via Parnassus Employee Self-Service is required. Even if you opt-out of medical benefits, you must complete the online re-enrollment process. The deadline for making any changes to your current benefit elections is November 18th at Noon. No changes are allowed after that.

It is important to consider your options and use available resources so that you can successfully complete the re-enrollment process and make the decisions that are best for you and your family. Following are some things you will want to consider as well as reminders of available resources.

CONSIDERATIONS

• Do you want to enroll in the NEW Vision & Hearing Care Plan?
• Have you considered enrolling in the High Deductible Health Plan? You will pay lower premiums, have a contribution made to a health savings account for you and possibly save money!
• Do you want to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account or a Health Savings Account?

RESOURCES

• Your re-enrollment newsletter provides you with summaries of each Individual Choice benefit as well as the cost of those plans and any changes that will be implemented for 2012.
• Drop-In sessions are available if you would like assistance with the actual online re-enrollment process.
• Aetna's Plan Selection and Cost Estimator Tool is available to help you compare the two medical plans offered by the College and help you choose the one that best meets your needs. If you would like assistance with using the tool, please visit an Aetna representative at one of the drop-in sessions.
