As outlined in the Student Government Association Allocation Handbook and the Funding 101 Session, the Spring Budget Process gives Student Organizations the opportunity to request operational funds for the 2012 Spring Semester.
The Spring Budget Process will be taking place Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. so MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Please start collaborating with your respective organizations and begin creating your proposals for the Spring Budget Process. You may use a normal Operational Budget Proposal template for this process.
Submissions are NOW BEING ACCEPTED and can be submitted via the normal Formstack submission process. On the first page, indicate that your student organization wishes to participate in the Spring Semester Budget Process and you will be directed to a special section of the site.
The FINAL day to submit a funding request to be heard during the Spring Budget Process is Wednesday, December 7, 2011 by 7 P.M. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Robert Hohn as soon as possible.
