Position Descriptions in IC TOMS Club
Vice President:
· Be comfortable reserving rooms and tabling
· Approve events and scheduling
· Picking up what president can’t
· Must be flexible
· Willing to learn new things
Treasurer:
· Use excel sheets
· Understand basic budgeting
· Have fundraising ideas
· Be organized
· Be comfortable submitting budget proposal requests through SGA
Secretary/Ad PR:
· Create advertisements and distribution materials for meetings and events
· Be comfortable submitting LCD screen advertisements
· Use social media to promote events
· Willing to learn how to manage ICLink page
· Take notes during meetings
· Send out weekly emails
