UPDATE: Mindfulness Meditation: Managing Your Stress group WILL run 2/28- Drop in! Tuesdays 5 - 5:50 PM

We are pleased to announce that the IC CAPS Mindfulness meditation group will run on Tuesday 2/28 at 5 PM despite previous concerns.  Lourdes Brache-Tabar, LMHC of CAPS will be our special guest facilitator and she will demonstrate something new- a mindful body scan!

Do you want to reduce stress? Mindfulness meditation can help you relax more! 

You are welcome to drop in for this weekly group presented by IC Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) whether you’re a beginner or a person experienced with meditation (past group members are also welcome to return to practice). Come to CAPS (lower level of the Hammond Health Center) for one meeting to check it out with no commitment or join us every week if you like what you find. Group meets Tuesdays 5:00-5:50 PM starting 1/31 and runs at that time when classes are in session.
