Hello Faculty and Staff members,
Sign-ups are now open for the Faculty/Staff only Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga Classes. A complete schedule of Faculty/Staff classes is available on the Office of Recreational Sports website. To sign-up please contact Brad Buchanan or Sean Reilley.
The Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga classes will be offered on the following days and times:
Tai Chi - Mondays at 12:00pm (starting 2/13)
Pilates - Tuesdays at 1:00pm (starting 2/14)
Yoga - Wednesdays at 1:00pm (starting 2/15), Fridays at 1:00pm (starting 2/17)
