The Caregiver Support Group will meet Friday, February 17, from Noon-1:00 p.m. in the Gerontology Resource Room (413 CHS).
Ithaca College staff and faculty members who provide care to ill or frail individuals are welcome to join an informal support group to share the issues and concerns of caregiving. Also learn about local caregiver resources.
In addition to the usual conversation, attendees this month will also receive a handout on falls prevention in the home, and take home nightlights to help make our rooms and hallways safer for our families.
Beverages and a sweet treat will be available; please feel free to bring your lunch. This group is co-sponsored by the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute and Office of Human Resources.
