The members of the First-Year Experience Coordinating Committee would like to invite all first-year students to attend a series of events designed to highlight the wonderful speakers, films, athletics and performances that happen on our campus all year long!
After a successful line-up last semester, we're happy to announce our NEW list of FYE Showcase Events!
Here are the next few Showcase events of your spring semester:
Sunday, March 4, 4pm -- Symphony Orchestra Concert -- Ford Hall
Saturday, March 24, 8:15pm -- Choir Concert -- Ford Hall
Thursday, March 29, 7:30pm -- Jessica Savitch Distinguished Journalism Lecture Series ~ Sam Champion, Weather Anchor for Good Morning America on ABC -- Emerson Suites
At each and every event that you attend, you have an opportunity to enter our raffle pool for a chance to win ONE OF THREE PRIZES --> (2) Kindle Touch E-Readers, (1) $50 Downtown Ithaca Gift Card! If you are a first-year student, simply go to the FYE table at each event and fill out a raffle ticket to register -- It’s that easy! You can only register once at each event, but you can register at every event you attend!
We will draw the winning students name at the end of the semester. We've already given away a Dell 10v mini Netbook, a flat screen TV, an Apple iPad, & one year subscription to Netflix including streaming & DVDs!! You could be our lucky winner this semester!!
