Students to present at undergraduate research conference

Jacqueline Wild '12, Gena Mangiaratti '13, Tanisha Graves, Kalok Lai '12, Hana Raskin '12, and Catherine Skovron ’12 will represent Ithaca College at the Conference for Undergraduate Research in Communication held at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) on April 18.

Jacqueline Wild, a legal studies major, will present her research on “Protecting Individual Rights: A Valiant Effort, but difficult feat after recent Supreme Court ruling.”

Gena Mangiaratti, a journalism major, will present her research on “Speaking Untruth to Power in Wisconsin.”

And lastly, Park School of Communications students Tanisha Graves, Kalok Lai, Hana Raskin, and Catherine Skovron will present their research on “Effectively Managing Cyberloading in the 21st Century Workplace.” Graves, Lai, Raskin, and Skovron conducted their research and wrote their paper as part of Professor Gordon Rowland’s class, Critical Issues, this past semester.
