Three days and over 2,000 photos: watch this time-lapse video of students working together to install the set for Ithaca College Theatre’s production of Measure for Measure.

To illustrate the large scale of Ithaca College Theatre’s next production, "Measure for Measure," two students captured and created a time-lapse video of the production’s scenic installation.

Performances of "Measure for Measure" will run in the Hoerner Theatre in Dillingham Center on April 24, 26, 27, and 28 at 8 p.m. and 2pm matinee performances on April 28 and 29. There will be a free talk-back presentation following the April 28th matinee performance.

This video captures the coordination, teamwork, and skill of the students involved and demonstrates how Ithaca College Theatre is beyond a place of performance; it is a center for learning and practicing every aspect of theatre. With the set designed by Lawrence Moten (’12), the installation was also led by Rebecca Terpenning (’12) along with the help of Ithaca College Theatre’s technical faculty members.

The photos for the time lapse were coordinated and captured by Clay Harding (’13), and the video was created by Sam Gates (’13). Sheryl Sinkow took publicity photo utilized in the poster and the music featured in the video was by Beats Antique.
