Farewell Reception for Deniz Dalman and Karti Puranam, School of Business Faculty, May 4th

A farewell reception for Deniz Dalman, assistant professor of marketing, and Karti Puranam, assistant professor of management, both in the School of Business, has been scheduled for Friday, May 4th, from 9:30-11:00am in the 1st floor atrium of Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise. Deniz and Karti are departing Ithaca College following the spring 2012 semester to pursue new opportunities.

We would like to invite any and all members of the campus community who have worked with or know Deniz or Karti to join us May 4th to thank them for their work at Ithaca College and to wish them much success on their new endeavors.

Deniz joined the School of Business in 2008 and holds a B.S. from Istanbul Technical University, a M.I.M. from Schiller International University in Germany, and a Ph.D. from SUNY Binghamton. In the School of Business, Deniz taught marking courses including international marketing, brand management, marketing research, and consumer behavior.

Karti came to the business school in 2010 with a B.Tech. and M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Rutgers. Karti has taught operations management, decision support analysis, and sustainable operations management since his addition to the School of Business.
