The Ithaca Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Club hosted the 2012 MS Walk on April 22. $6800 has been raised so far, but it's not too late to help!
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease that stops people from moving by attacking the central nervous system and is highly prevalent in Upstate NY. A cure has yet to be found and there are no surefire treatments. Every year, the MS Walk helps raise money to fund research and help local community members affected with this disease. The MS Walk was held on April 22nd and it was a huge success. ICMSA would like to send a special thank you to everyone who donated and participated in the event: $6,800 was raised! But, it’s not too late to help and be a part of the movement!
