Dear faculty members,
The spring 2012 final exam period is this week, Monday, May 7 - Friday, May 11 and you have access to your final grade rosters in HomerConnect now. As a reminder, all final grades are due by Wednesday, May 16 at 10:00 p.m.
Faculty members who have not successfully submitted all of their final grades by the May 16, 10:00 p.m. deadline will receive a Homer system-generated e-mail with the list of missing final grades. The provost and appropriate dean will receive an e-mail listing of faculty members who have not submitted final grades.
Final grades will be rolled to academic history and students will be able to view their final grades on HomerConnect by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 17. A Grade/Credit Hour Change Form must be submitted through your dean's office to the Office of the Registrar if there is a need to change a grade after they have been rolled.
Please contact us by e-mail at homer@ithaca.edu or by phone at extension 4-3127 if you need assistance. Note that the Office of the Registrar closes at 5:00 p.m. on May 16 but e-mail will be monitored periodically between then and the time final grades are due.
