For Ithaca College faculty, staff, students and alumni, sleeping has never been easier in the city that never sleeps, with the Club Quarters Hotel at the World Trade Center location!
Ithaca College is a member of Club Quarters, full-service business hotels available exclusively to member organizations. Club Quarters at the World Trade Center location, is within the heart of the Financial District and is the only hotel in the entire Metropolitan New York City area, to face the rising Freedom Tower.
Everyone affiliated with IC, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and parents of students or alumni can now enjoy discounted rates at Club Quarters for both professional and personal use. Rates are typically 25 percent lower than similar hotels in Manhattan, and the state-of-the art building offers a premium value for a full-service hotel centrally located near the financial district. Additionally, those affiliated with IC can book discounted rooms at any of the Club Quarters hotels including locations in Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, and London.
In addition to hotel stays, those affiliated with IC can rent spaces for social functions at the Club Quarters World Trade Center. The hotel offers a lounge on the first floor and two restaurants, including one on the rooftop.
Note: when faculty and staff travel to Manhattan for IC-related business, they are required to stay at the Club Quarters World Trade Center location in order to meet the requisite membership visits. If the World Trade Center location is full, there are four other locations in Manhattan where the discount may be used. It is important to remember when booking a reservation with Club Quarters to identify yourself as being affiliated with Ithaca College, so that the discounted pricing is provided and the visit is properly reflected against our membership requisite.
