Faculty and Staff - it's not too late to volunteer for the Move In Crew!

Join colleagues Andrea McClatchie, Margie Arnold and others in welcoming our new students and their families!  It's a great opportunity to meet the new students AND their parents in a fun and informal setting!!

 

Our new students will arrive on Sunday, August 26, 2012.  Faculty and staff who volunteer will attend a training session at 11 am on Thursday, August 23, 2012 (directly following the all-college meeting). 

By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work, as well as a preference for location.  The shifts are two hours long:  9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm. 

In addition to assisting students moving in, we also need volunteers to staff two information tents outside of the check in locations - a great opportunity for those who can't do a lot of walking or lifting! (indicate this preference in the comments section of the registration page)

You will need to arrive at the check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your FREE volunteer t-shirt and location assignment.  Details on this will be provided at the training sessions.
