Gordon Rowland, professor in the Department of Strategic Communication, delivered the opening keynote presentation to the 2012 Association for Educational Communications and Technology Research Symposium in Louisville, Kentucky in July. The Research Symposium was on Design Thinking, Design Processes, and the Design Studio. Rowland's presentation was titled "Enhancing Design Inquiry Systems," and was based in part on work from his STCM 45000 Critical Issues in Organizations course.
