Are you full of school spirit? Do you want to meet Alumni who share that enthusiasm? Then volunteer as a Student Ambassador for Ithaca College’s 2012 Alumni Weekend.
We are looking for students to assist on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 in a variety of volunteer roles – registration staffing, greeters, and shuttle riders. Volunteers will commit to a minimum of a 2-hour block. Shifts on Friday are: 8am - 10am; 10am – 12pm; 12pm – 2pm; 2pm – 4pm; 4pm – 6pm; and 6pm – 8pm. Shifts on Saturday are: 7am – 9am; 9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm; and 5pm- 7pm.
Each volunteer is required to attend one of two training sessions where you will receive your shift and specific assignment. Training Session 1 is on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 6pm – 7pm in Textor 103. Training Session 2 is on Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 12:10pm – 1pm in Textor 101. All Student Ambassadors will receive a free t-shirt.
