With research partner Helen Rothberg of Marist College, Professor Erickson presented a talk on Intelligence in Action. The conference served as a book launch event for their new title, Intelligence in Action: Strategically Managing Knowledge Assets, which will soon be available from Palgrave Macmillan. In addition to the keynote, Scott and Helen chaired a mini-track on Knowledge Management & Competitive Intelligence, during which they presented two additional competitive papers. The conference was hosted by Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena and is the premier academic conference on knowledge management, with over 250 delegates attending this year.
