A key part of IC 20/20 is the Ithaca College Diversity Strategic Plan. One important part of this plan is for the College to implement a campus-wide climate survey with a focus on diversity and inclusion. This survey is currently under development and will be available for all students, faculty, and staff to participate at the end of October through the start of November. Focus groups have been providing input to enable the survey to be more clear to meet the overall survey design dimensions that were introduced last spring. The survey will be available online for the campus community very soon. There will be more information to follow. It is the hope for great participation in this effort as we continue to learn about ourselves and our community.
