College employees and students should plan to find alternate parking on these dates.
Each fall, weekday Admission programs showcase the Ithaca College experience to over 1,500 prospective students and family members. In an effort to better accommodate prospective students and families visiting campus for these major open house programs, the M-lot will be reserved for our guests from 5:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8 and Monday, November 12.
Faculty, staff and students who usually park in the M-Lot (adjacent to the Athletics and Events Center) will be required to find alternate parking on campus. Please note that there will not be a shuttle service offered, as our remaining parking lots should accommodate the additional parking.
Please allow for extra time coming to and from campus on Monday, October 8 and Monday, November 12. We also suggest carpooling or taking advantage of TCAT service on these dates.
We receive tremendously positive feedback from our guests about how welcome they feel while on campus. The willingness of our faculty, staff and students to forgo their usual parking spaces for these two important days make a very favorable first impression and we thank our campus community for once again making this accommodation.
