Faculty wanted to teach one credit FLEFF mini courses

Contributed by Warren Schlesinger

Each year the Finger Lakes Environmental Film festival offers stipends to faculty to teach one credit hour mini courses which take advantage of the films and other events sponsored by The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival, March 31-April 7, 2013.

"Mobilities" will be the broad theme for this year’s festival.  Mobilities is a concept which examines the movement of people, ideas, capital, and objects and the impact on society of those movements.

Most mini courses are one credit hour experimental or special topic pass/fail courses held during block II. If you are interested in offering a course either in-load or as an overload, please contact Warren Schlesinger (warren@ithaca.edu) , the FLEFF mini course coordinator.  Last year’s mini courses can be viewed at https://www.ithaca.edu/fleff/2012minicourses/. We are looking for courses to be offered from all schools at the College.
