Empty your mail box before you leave on winter break!
As the semester winds down, we will begin sending all packages to the Phillips Hall Post Office beginning on December 10, 2012. All packages (with and without tracking numbers) will receive email notifications that arrive after Friday December 7th.

The Mail Center is open from 8:30-3:15pm for shipping UPS and FedEx Ground boxes to your home address before you leave for break.

Letter and flat mail will continue to be sorted into mail boxes through winter break  at the Circle Apartments mailroom.

Letter and flat mail will continue to be sorted into all other mailrooms through Wednesday December 19th. After this date, mail will be held and can be picked up at the Mail Center.

During winter break all mail and packages will be held at Ithaca College. We do not forward mail or packages home during winter break for returning students. If you receive an email notification after you have left campus for a package and need it sent to your home address, contact the Mail Center at 607-274-3371. We will provide directions for you to email us a pre-paid shipping label using the United States Postal Service Click-n-Ship software.

Starting January 8th, 2013, Mail Services will begin looking up first class mail and forwarding home mail for students not on campus for the Spring 2013 semester.

We will hold all packages that arrive during the break for your return in January. Don’t hesitate to order books and send items to campus to arrive before you return on January 20, 2013.

Mail Services and the Phillips Hall Post Office will be closed December 24th 2012 and will reopen on Wednesday January 2nd 2013.
