Hello IC Campus Community!
The Spring 2013 Group Exercise schedule is now available. Classes will begin on Monday 1/21 with the exception of Iyengar Yoga and Pilates which require a small registration fee and will begin the week of 2/4.
This semester we are offering 30 FREE classes including BODYPUMP, Zumba, Group Cycling, Kripalu Yoga,
TRX Suspension Training, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Toning. Sign-ups are available 30 minutes before each class and are handled on a first come first served basis.
