International Scholarly Conversation: Freedom of Expression in India with City of Asylum Fulbright Fellow Vijay Nair

Join us as we welcome Vijay Nair, a Fulbright Fellow being hosted by the City of Asylum in Pittsburgh, to have a conversation with us about "Freedom of Expression in India: Evolution and Challenges" on Thursday, March 7 at 7PM is Williams 211. 

Vijay Nair is from Bangalore, India. He is a published fiction writer, playwright, critic, and columnist as well as an organizational coach and consultant. He started his own theatre group, Still Water, in 2001 and has been a writer in residence at the University of Kent- Canterbury and the Iowa International Writer Program. His latest novel is Let Her Rest Now. His current blog, The Dangling Conversation, includes poetry about living in Pittsburgh, politics in India and This Whole Hindu Muslim Thing.
