Join us on Monday, March 4, at 7 p.m. in BUS 111, for a lively discussion on “Sustainability and Business Education.”

Gifford Pinchot III, Co-Founder and President of BGI (Bainbridge Graduate Institute), is also a well-known author, speaker, and consultant specializing in new venture creation and innovation management within large organizations.

Gifford has helped launch over 700 business units within corporations, several of which are doing over a billion dollars in sales. He is also a partner in a successful angel capital firm, Alacrity Ventures.

Founded in 2002, BGI is an alternative to the traditional business school model for students wanting to integrate values about social justice and environmental sustainability into their business education. The BGI community incubates industry breakthroughs and innovations by bringing together a network of talented people who share their expertise, support and insight.
