MEAL MAKEOVERS AT THE IC FOOD LAB
WHEN: Thursday, April 18th, 2013 from 2:30pm – 3:30pm
WHERE: Terrace Dining Hall’s Food Lab
This Mission: Nutrition workshop will explore tips on cooking healthy and how to find healthy substitutions for your favorite comfort foods and transforming them into a healthy and nutritious meals. Our guest chef, JJ Molina from IC Dining Services, will be presenting a food demonstration with samples at the end!
