The Media Alliance for People & the Planet (MAPP) is proud to host IC alumna Kate Sheppard, environmental reporter for independent magazine Mother Jones (this year's Izzy Award recipient). Kate will be giving a public lecture on media representations of environmental issues and how we can do a better job. An informal Q&A session will occur after the lecture. The lecture will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, in Park Auditorium.
