Active Minds at Ithaca College, the campus chapter of the national college mental health advocacy and outreach organization, is hosting its second annual Speak Your Mind open panel on April 16 in Textor 101, from 7pm to 9pm.

Personal and honest stories of overcoming struggles with mental health will be told by your friends, classmates, and peers in this important night of breaking the silence surrounding mental health issues. Panelists and audience will be engaged in a conversation about the ways that every one of us experiences mental health in our own lives.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact us at icactiveminds@gmail.com. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
