Earthfest! for Earth Day, Mon. April 22nd, 10-4, Academic Quad

 COME ON, COME ALL! 

This year, Ithaca College Environmental Society (ICES), along with many other clubs, will be coming together this Earth Day for a celebration of the work that has been done to mitigate climate change and spread environmental justice!

Where: Academic Quad

When: 10 am to 4 pm

Whats going on you ask? We'll tell you!
-Bring a t-shirt to silk screen with FRACK OFF
-Repair your broke bicycle with BOMBER BIKES
-Purchase a pair of cool shades from NET IMPACT
-Identify some trees with PRIMITIVE SKILLS CLUB
-Learn about hemp with STUDENTS FOR A SENSIBLE DRUG POLICY
-Learn about gardening with IC ORGNIC GROWERS
-Drink some tap water with TAKE BACK THE TAP
-Love the animals with IC ANIMAL RIGHTS
-Buy our own maple syrup with NON TIMBER FOREST PRODUCTS
...and many, many more


AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ICES WILL BE HOSTING A CLOTHING SWAP. ALL. DAY. LONG. Bring your gently used clothing to swap out for someone else's. 

Other shenanigans that are going to take place include hula-hooping, dancing, music, snacks, skipping and being barefoot. 

Join us for a day of pure fun and frolicking on the Academic Quad!
