Christopher Toone, Class of 2013 was recently notified by the NATA's Research & Education Foundation that he is the 2013 winner of the Sayers "Bud" Miller Memorial Scholarship for undergraduate athletic training majors.
Chris' award marks the continuation of a long line of Bomber Athletic Training majors winning NYSATA, EATA and NATA undergraduate scholarships to help defray the costs of their undergraduate and/or graduate studies. Congrats and best of luck to Chris who has just passed his national BOC exam to become an "ATC", and is on his way to the University of Utah in August to begin work on his master's degree in sports medicine, where he will also be the graduate assistant AT for the University's Ski Team!
