We are accepting applications from current Ithaca College employees for a  full-time position to perform a variety of advanced, diversified and  confidential administrative and office management duties in direct support of  the Vice President for Finance and Administration and Associate Vice President  for Business and Finance.
The successful candidate will oversee the administrative and operational  activities within the Office of the Vice President; schedule appointments and  arrange meetings and divisional activities; compose and prepare letters and  other confidential correspondence; assimilate data and prepare reports and  presentations; and assist in maintaining the office budgets. Prepare  documentation and process and approve financial transactions processed through  the HR/Payroll and Financial system, Parnassus; maintain confidential records,  files and documents; and provide assistance with special  projects.
Qualifications:  Associates degree and a minimum of 4 years  previous office experience or the equivalent combination of education and  experience; excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal  communication skills; extensive knowledge of various word processing,  spreadsheet and presentation software packages; previous experience maintaining  office budgets and working with financial data; and the ability to handle  confidential information required.
