You can help students and schools succeed by serving for one year with City Year. One million students drop out of school each year, and half of those dropouts come from just 12 percent of schools. City Year’s Long-Term Impact strategy will challenge the status quo, dramatically increasing the graduation pipeline and transforming the future for thousands of students in America.

City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization located in 21 cities in the U.S.  City Year unites young people of all backgrounds & majors for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation.  As an Americorps program, Corp Members receive living stipends, health care and additional benefits.

The City Year Information Session will be held on Monday, Sept. 16 at 1:00pm in Career Services.  Reserve your seat by using your eRecruiting account.  City Year representatives will be available in front of Career Services from 2:00 - 4:00 on the 16th.

You can also meet the recruiter during the Job & Internship Fair on Monday, September 16 from 5:00pm - 7:30pm in Emerson Suites.
