These research sites are run in remote locations with the help of university volunteers and academics from around the world. Students may join our program for the opportunity to earn credit through the University of St. Andrews as research assistants, to work on a senior or Master’s thesis, or to simply gain field research experience in a volunteer-based internship.
More importantly, all research conducted is a contribution towards protecting valuable ecosystems by levering funding and monitoring the success of conservation management strategies.
