Dr. Ernest Nalette, an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical /Rochester Center, was the keynote speaker last month in Boston at Massachusetts General Hospital ’s Physical Therapy Month celebration.
The title of his presentation, "The Meaning of Compassion in Physical Therapist Practice: Coloring Outside the Lines", was a summary presentation of his work seeking to understand the meaning of compassion to persons with spinal cord injury, novice physical therapists, and expert physical therapists.
