What is disability? If you're not too sure, come to our presentation to find out! "What is Disability?" presentation will be held in Textor 102 during the lunch hour (12:10-1:00) on Thursday, November 21st. All are welcome to attend! You can receive SLI credit as well.
We will be discussing disability through the numerous methods of defining it. Participants will learn about the limitations of, definitions of disability. We will then examine disability's place in diversity. Finally, the presentation will focus on disability etiquette and the correct terminology to use when discussing disability.
