HINT-31300 Health Care and Culture: An International Field Experience
Summer Session 2013 (May 24-June 7)

Come and learn about this short term study abroad experience! We’re meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 12 noon in room 212 in the Center for Health Sciences. The course will investigate the effects of culture on health beliefs and services. We will travel to Quito, Otavalo, and Ibarra, Ecuador, where we will work with CRECER, an organization that provides free rehabilitation services to people from the surrounding area.
