Teacher Recruitment Days (TRD) will be held this year on March 31 and April 1 at SUNY Cortland. During this event districts from across the country send recruiters to conduct interviews for known and anticipated vacancies. Graduate education programs will also be in attendance for those of you still seeking a master’s in education.
Candidates from 13 Central New York colleges and universities are invited to attend TRD. Special participation guidelines are as follows: Graduate and undergraduate candidates who have a graduation date between Dec. '13 through Aug. '14 AND will be eligible for certification by Sept. '14 may register to attend TRD. There is a $10 non-refundable fee for attending TRD. The online application/registration for TRD is open only Feb. 10-21.

It is highly recommended that students get their resumes reviewed by someone in Career Services before attending TRD. Drop-in hours are Monday through Thursday 12-4 p.m., and Fridays 12-3 p.m. Professional attire is expected at this event (aka- a suit!). Transportation is not provided for this event.
