The Office of Facilities will be closed on the following dates and times to allow staff to participate in the interview process for the new Associate Vice President for Facilities.
January 17th 8:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
January 21st 8:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
January 27th 3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
During these times periods the Office of Facilities main phone will go to voicemail. It is asked that during these time periods calls requiring immediate attention be made to the Office of Public Safety at extension 4-3333.
It is also requested that anyone needing to pick up keys for rental vehicles during these time periods from either the Rental Office or the Office of Facilities make arrangements to do so outside of these times.
