 Ben Hogben, Access Services Manager in the Ithaca College Library, recently presented a webinar series on working with volunteers and student employees.

 The series was sponsored by the South Central Regional Library Council.  Ben developed and offered three webinars:  

1. Volunteers - Recruit, Reward, and Retain
2. Managing Student Workers
3. Student Workers - Interviewing, Hiring & Learning Outcomes
