Today, the Ithaca College campus community has two new tools to reserve and schedule event space and to promote their events. Please remember that these are separate systems.
25Live replaces the Resource25 (R25) scheduling application. It is a web-based tool that allows students, faculty, and staff to view up-to-date room availability and request event space 24/7, from any computer connected to the Internet.
Once your event space has been reserved, you can use the new calendar of eventsto promote it to the campus community and the public. The calendar homepage showcases featured and trending events (based on popularity). Once you log in with your Netpass, you can submit events, mark events that you plan to attend, review events afterward, and follow groups and other calendar users.

Again, please remember that 25Live and the Events Calendar are separate systems. Having a room reservation confirmed on 25Live does not mean your event will automatically appear on the Event Calendar.

The Events Calendar can be found at events.ithaca.edu. Students, faculty, and staff will be able to post events to the calendar directly, though there will be an approval process before they go live on the site.
